Police arrested a 28-year-old woman after she allegedly assaulted her husband in Ko Olina.

At about 7:20 p.m. Tuesday, police said the suspect assaulted the victim, 32, with an unspecified dangerous instrument. The victim sustained a minor injury.

Police were called and the suspect was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault.

2 suspects arrested after Waianae attack

Police arrested two people after they allegedly assaulted a 30-year-old woman in Waianae.

At about 8:50 a.m. Tuesday, police said the suspects — a 30-year-old woman and 37-year-old man — used an undisclosed dangerous instrument and assaulted the victim.

The victim sustained “substantial bodily injury” in the attack. Police said the suspects and the victim are acquaintances.

Police responded and arrested the suspects on suspicion of second-degree assault.

Man charged with assaulting ex-girlfriend

A 36-year-old man has been charged with assaulting his 55-year-old ex-girlfriend in the Ala Moana area.

Joseph K. Dela Cruz was charged Monday with second-degree assault and unauthorized entry into a dwelling. He remains in custody in lieu of $25,000 aggregate bail.

At about 8 a.m. Aug. 8, police said a suspect later identified as Dela Cruz assaulted his ex-girlfriend during an argument. She sustained serious injuries and was treated at a hospital.

Dela Cruz fled the scene after the assault.

Patrol officers located him Sunday in Kalihi and arrested him on suspicion of first-degree assault, unauthorized entry into a dwelling, two counts of abuse of a family or household member and one count of an outstanding warrant.

2 males being sought in robbery in Kalihi

Police are investigating an early morning robbery Tuesday in Kalihi.

At about 3:40 a.m., police said one of two male suspects brandished an unspecified dangerous instrument at a man and a woman and demanded money.
